Pimlico Craft Chair - Carved with Fire - an exploration of the destructive properties of fire and the fascinating textural remnants of the flames. Burning the parts upon which the person touches, to promote tactile consideration.

I created this range to celebrate my own crafting process, drawing inspiration from the working chair of a master craftsperson I know. That chair, in her Pimlico home, is sacred to her and obscure to most, but it serves as the core of this tribute.
